Nidhi Dalal heads the Drafting, Conveyancing, Property Due Diligence under various land laws, adjudication on various instruments like mortgage, Orders pertaining to Sale, Merger, Demerger, and Land Revenue practice areas of the Firm.

Nidhi was enrolled with The Bar Council Of Gujarat in 2013. She is a Stamp Act Land Revenue Expert. She has extensively worked with Sabarmati Gas Limited (JV between GSPC and BPCL) on Legal Matters. She is known for her expertise in Due Diligence of Land Revenue Documents and Records, Drafting and Conveyancing. Before Dalal and Patel she has worked with reputed firms like Singhi & Co. and Vijay Patel & Associates which has given her the exposure to deal with high net worth individuals and properties of high stake. She has represented Clients in complex land matters before Gujarat Revenue Tribunal, Special Secretary Revenue Department, Collector, Superintendent of Stamps, Chief Controller Revenue Authority and other such Quasi Judicial Authorities. She has also been working towards settling family disputes outside the court.

DEVARSHI PATEL

Devarshi Patel heads the Dispute Resolution, Negotiation, Real Estate, Construction and Litigation practice areas of the Firm.

Devarshi graduated from Gujarat National Law University and has been a member of the Bar Council of Gujarat since 2009. He has had the honor of representing his university at both Oxford University in the UK and Pace Law School in New York. With deep expertise in land-related matters, Devarshi excels in negotiation, making him a key player in dispute resolution. His remarkable ability to think practically under pressure enables him to devise effective solutions swiftly. Armed with self-confidence, exceptional organizational skills, and a talent for developing and channeling human resources, Devarshi consistently delivers prompt, honest, and effective resolutions to complex legal challenges.

Shiv Graduated from the Nirma Institute of Law in 2012. Shiv Patel leads the Land, Real Estate, and On-Site Due Diligence practices at the firm.
